 Rev.
Yvonne Alexander, a native of Norfolk, Virginia, has been living
in the Washington
Metropolitan Area for the past 18 years. She is the second of ten children,
born to the late Herbert and Odell Alexander. She received most of her
formal education in the Norfolk public school system and also attended
Maple Springs Bible College for two years. In May 2005, she graduated from
Regent University with a B.A. in Religious Studies.
Rev. Yvonne has been a member of Cornerstone since
2002, where she is a Youth Sunday School teacher, and
coordinator
of our Bible
Study child-care. She is also a member of our Outreach, Singles and
Senior Adult ministries. Rev. Yvonne is also a former Deaconess at
Cornerstone.
Rev. Yvonne is the mother of one son, Kevin, and has
three beautiful granddaughters, Errica, LaShawn, Ardidas, and one
handsome
grandson, Kevon.
Rev. Yvonne’s greatest passion is serving the people
of God wherever He sends her especially children and youth.
