Lorianne Rayfield, the ninth child of ten siblings, was born and raised in Washington, D.C. to the late Calvin and Devora Neal. She was educated in the District of Columbia Public School System and received an Associate’s Degree in Computer Technology at Prince George’s Community College. Lorianne has been employed with the Federal Government since 1984.
Lorianne accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age but in 1983 she rededicated her life to God. As of December 1993, Lorianne has been a faithful member of Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church. She believes in the power of prayer and has seen how God moves in the lives of people and their circumstances through a consistent prayer life. Her desire is to see all God’s children set free from the power of the enemy so they can walk in His perfect will. Her favorite scripture is Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose”. Lorianne says, “This scripture helped me to recognize that God changed my life for the good through bad circumstances.”
Lorianne acknowledged her call to public ministry in 2005. She currently serves as a Deaconess and volunteers at St. Thomas More Nursing Home. She is also a dedicated member of the following ministries: Youth Sunday School Teacher, Singles Ministry, Intercessory Ministry, and Women of Rare Distinction.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grounded and supportive family, going to the movies, exercising, and traveling. Lorianne currently resides in Charles County, MD with her two wonderful, spirit-filled, sons Michael, Jr., & Aaron Elijah.
